Deletes duplicative provision of awarding grandparents reasonable visitation rights. Adds as prerequisites to awarding visitation that the court find that awarding visitation to a grandparent is in the best interest of the child and that denial of reasonable grandparent visitation rights would cause significant harm to the child. Clarifies procedures for awarding reasonable visitation rights to grandparents and that a violation of the terms and conditions of such an order is subject to sanctions or contempt of court.
