Summary

Requires the state procurement office to establish a database of all government procurement contracts, accessible to each governmental body. Requires each governmental body to provide to the state procurement office all data relating to any procurement contract of the governmental body; provided that the chief procurement officer of each jurisdiction shall be responsible for the collection and transmittal of data to the state procurement office and any associated costs. Appropriates funds to establish the database. (SB2494 HD1)
