Summary
Adjusts the salaries of the Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, and Complex Area Superintendents to be no more than one hundred ten per cent of the salary of the highest paid teacher in the Department of Education. Repeals the sunset date on the Superintendent's annual performance evaluation and adjusted salary.
