Summary

Requires DBEDT, in cooperation with the State's chief information officer, to apply for the domain names .hawaii, .hi, and .aloha on behalf of the State of Hawaii and to develop procedures for licensing the use of those domain names. Appropriates funds for the application fee for those domain names and the administrative costs of preparing and filing the applications, maintenance of the domain names, or any dispute resolution associated with the applications.
