Summary
Authorizes limited revenue-generating activities within the Kahoolawe island reserve. Appropriates moneys to the Kahoolawe island reserve commission for the management, restoration, and preservation of the Kahoolawe island reserve. Requires the Kahoolawe island reserve commission to submit a financial self-sufficiency and sustainability plan to the legislature. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
