"SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO COLLABORATE WITH PARENT ORGANIZATIONS TO ESTABLISH, IMPLEMENT, AND MONITOR STATEWIDE POLICIES FOR FAMILY ENGAGEMENT IN HAWAII'S PUBLIC SCHOOLS,"

begs leave to report as follows:

The purpose and intent of this measure is to request the Board of Education and Department of Education to collaborate with parent organizations to establish, implement, and monitor statewide policies for family engagement in the public schools.
