moneys
shall
be
used
to
support
a
nationally

recognized
program
that
began
in
1986
and
has
been
replicated

in
at
least
30
other
states,
but
is
not
available
through

any
other
entity
in
this
state,
and
that
provides
assistance

to
farmers
with
disabilities
in
all
99
counties
to
allow
the
14
farmers
to
remain
in
their
own
homes
and
be
gainfully
engaged

in
farming
through
provision
of
agricultural
worksite
and
home

modification
consultations,
peer
support
services,
services

to
families,
information
and
referral,
and
equipment
loan

services.

subsection

in
a
manner

encourages

who

a

interest
in

quality

of
such
practices
in
watersheds
generally,
and

limited
to
subwatersheds
or
high-priority
watersheds.

The
moneys
appropriated
in
subsection

may
be

contract
with
persons
to
coordinate
the
implementation
of

efforts

in
this

conservation
