| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2818 on page 12, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 14, by inserting the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(E) Nothing in this Section shall preclude a law | ||||||
| 5 | enforcement agency from continuing to conduct background | ||||||
| 6 | investigations on applicants and employees or disqualifying | ||||||
| 7 | applicants due to such investigations.".
