| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3202

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3202 on page 9, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing line 1 with the following:

| 4 | "saliva cancer screening every 24 months if the patient:
| ||||||
| 5 | (1) is asymptomatic and at high risk for the disease | ||||||
| 6 | being tested for; or
| ||||||
| 7 | (2) demonstrates symptoms of the disease being tested | ||||||
| 8 | for at a physical exam"; and
| ||||||
| 9 | by deleting line 9 on page 17 through line 19 on page 18.
