| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4332

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4332 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | line 24 on page 2 through line 2 on page 3 with "limited to, | ||||||
| 4 | Department of Defense form DD-214 or an identification card | ||||||
| 5 | issued under the federal Veterans Identification Card Act of | ||||||
| 6 | 2015. If the document cannot be stamped, the Illinois | ||||||
| 7 | Department of Veterans' Affairs shall provide a certificate to | ||||||
| 8 | the veteran to provide to the Secretary of State. The Illinois | ||||||
| 9 | Department of Veterans' Affairs"; and

| 10 | by replacing line 26 on page 6 through line 4 on page 7 with | ||||||
| 11 | "not limited to, Department of Defense form DD-214 or an | ||||||
| 12 | identification card issued under the federal Veterans | ||||||
| 13 | Identification Card Act of 2015. If the document cannot be | ||||||
| 14 | stamped, the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs shall | ||||||
