AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 218
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 218, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, as follows:
on page 4, by replacing line 16 with the following:
"(E-10) criminal sexual abuse in violation of
subsection (a) of Section 11-1.50 of the Criminal Code
of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012;"; and
on page 4, line 18, by deleting "or"; and
on page 4, immediately below line 18, by inserting the
following:
"(E-25) criminal sexual assault; or"; and
on page 11, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the
following:

violation of Section 11-1.20 or Section 12-13 of the Criminal
