Summary

Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. In a definition of "uninsured motor vehicle", includes a motor vehicle to which a bodily injury liability bond or policy applies at the time of the accident but the limit of the policy has been reduced by payments to other persons, resulting from the same accident, to an amount less than the limits for bodily injury or death set forth in the Illinois Vehicle Code.
