Summary

Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that no company that is authorized to do business in this State and that issues policies for life or accident and health may attach a waiver of benefits or any coverage exceptions for acts of war or acts of terrorism to any such policy that is issued to a person who is employed in any capacity by a nuclear power plant.
