Summary

Creates the Video Gambling Referendum Act. Authorizes a statewide referendum at the general primary election in 2010 to seek the advice of the voters. Sets forth questions concerning the conduct of video gambling in restaurants, bars, fraternal establishments, veterans establishments, and truck stop establishments. Effective immediately.
