Summary

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person who, while operating a snowplow on a State or local street, road or highway, hits a publicly owned or privately owned mailbox as a result of the person's acts or omissions shall be issued a citation on the person's driving record. Provides that a person issued a citation may respond to the citation in person or by any method allowed by law.
