Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that beginning in registration year 2021, a member of the active-duty or reserve component of the United States Armed Forces returning from a combat mission shall receive a 50% discount on any subsequent registration fees. Effective January 1, 2021.
