Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Removes the restriction on municipalities with a population under 1,000,000 using automated speed enforcement systems in safety zones. Provides that in municipalities with a population of 1,000,000 or more, automated speed enforcement systems may not be used on Lake Shore Drive or any controlled access highway with 8 or more lanes of traffic.
