Bill Title: Amends the Renewable Energy Facilities Agricultural Impact Mitigation Act. With respect to an agricultural impact mitigation agreement, requires a commercial renewable energy facility owner of a commercial wind energy facility or a commercial solar energy facility to file with the county or the municipality where the facility will be located a comprehensive agricultural drainage plan that shall mitigate any surface or subsurface drainage impacts on farmland within and outside the footprint of the proposed commercial wind energy facility or a commercial solar energy facility. Effective immediately.
