Bill Title: Amends the Credit for Prior Learning Act. Requires the Board of Higher Education to create an ongoing program of stakeholder meetings between public universities and the employer community to develop standardized credit-hour privileges for prior learning and to better stabilize the number of credentials issued in Illinois.
