AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Developmental Education Reform Act is
amended by changing Section 100-1 as follows:
(110 ILCS 175/100-1)
Sec. 100-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Developmental Education Reform Act. References in this Article
to "this Act" mean this Article.
