Bill Title: Amends the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act and the Regional Transportation Authority Act. Requires open meetings of the Chicago Transit Board, the Regional Transportation Authority Board, the Commuter Rail Board, and the Suburban Bus Board to be broadcast to the public and maintained in real-time on the Board's website using a high-speed Internet connection. Further provides that recordings of each meeting broadcast shall be posted to the Board's website within a reasonable time after the meeting and shall be maintained as public records to the extent practicable, as determined by the Board.

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3672 as follows:
on page 2, line 18, after the period, by inserting "Compliance
with the provisions of this amendatory Act of the 98th General
Assembly does not relieve the Board of its obligations under
the Open Meetings Act."; and
on page 3, line 23, after the period, by inserting "Compliance
with the provisions of this amendatory Act of the 98th General
Assembly does not relieve the Board of its obligations under
the Open Meetings Act."; and
on page 4, line 21, after the period, by inserting "Compliance
with the provisions of this amendatory Act of the 98th General
Assembly does not relieve the Board of its obligations under
the Open Meetings Act."; and
