| 4 | Mason Payne of Morton Grove, who passed away on August 11, | ||||||

| 6 | WHEREAS, Eric Payne was born on April 24, 1984; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Eric Payne was known for being full of life, a Sox | ||||||
| 8 | fan, and a goofy dad; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Eric Payne was the husband of Jaclyn Jennetten | ||||||
| 10 | and the father of Leah "Liam" and Olivia; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Eric Payne was the son of Susan (Mason) and the | ||||||
| 12 | late Richard R. Payne and the brother of Jason, Angela, and | ||||||
| 13 | Elizabeth (Jaime Valle) Payne; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Eric Payne was the grandson of Betty (Benson) | ||||||
| 15 | Payne and the late Richard D. Payne and the late Jack and | ||||||
| 16 | Darlene (McCabe) Mason; and
| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Eric Payne was the uncle of Arianna, Elena, Ada, | ||||||
| 18 | and Xavier; and

| 2 | and Gail Trippi and the brother-in-law of Kevin and Sara | ||||||

| 5 | many; therefore, be it

| 6 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE | ||||||
| 7 | HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 8 | we mourn the passing of Eric Mason Payne and extend our sincere | ||||||
