AN ACT concerning motor vehicle theft.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Act
is amended by changing Section 12 as follows:

Sec. 12. Repeal. Sections 1 through 9 and Section 11 are
repealed January 1, 2020 2016.
