AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse and
Dependency Act is amended by adding Section 5-16 as follows:
(20 ILCS 301/5-16 new)
Sec. 5-16. Rate increase. The Department shall implement a
40% rate increase based on State fiscal year 2014 reimbursement
rates for all covered services listed in 77 Ill. Adm. Code 2060
under the Department's Division of Alcoholism and Substance
Abuse.
Section 10. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
adding Section 12-4.47 as follows:
