2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Carolyn Bernice Alexander of Jerseyville, | ||||||
4 | who passed away on February 5, 2013; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Carolyn Alexander was born on December 12, 1951, | ||||||
6 | in Carrollton to George F. and Bernice E. (Price) Alexander; | ||||||
7 | and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Carolyn Alexander retired after working 36 years | ||||||
9 | at Jerseyville Nursing and Rehab as a certified nursing | ||||||
10 | assistant; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Carolyn Alexander was a member of First Assembly | ||||||
12 | of God Church in Jerseyville; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Carolyn Alexander was preceded in death by her | ||||||
14 | parents, and her brothers, Jim, Gary, and Ronnie Alexander; and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Carolyn Alexander is survived by her brothers, | ||||||
16 | Floyd E. (Diane) Alexander and Larry J. (Julie) Alexander; her | ||||||
17 | nieces, Kayla (Dave) McGuire, Kim (Ron) Stufflebean, Katie | ||||||
18 | Alexander (Lincoln Holmes), Beth (Andy) Denton, Karen | ||||||
19 | Alexander (Chad Malloy), Kristie (Brad) Ross, Alyssa | ||||||
20 | Alexander, and Kari Jo Alexander; and many great-nieces and |

2 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||

5 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
