2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Shirley M. Rentner, who passed away on | ||||||
4 | September 2, 2020 at the age of 88; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Shirley Rentner was born to the late George and | ||||||
6 | Bessie Hackl in Oak Park on August 3, 1932; and
| ||||||
7 | WHEREAS, Shirley Rentner married Robert R. Rentner in 1952 | ||||||
8 | and was a resident of Oak Park for more than 65 years; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Shirley Rentner loved cooking, sewing, and | ||||||
10 | spending time with her husband and family; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Shirley Rentner is survived by her husband of 68 | ||||||
12 | years; her children, Bob (Terry), Sue, and Tom (Chris) Rentner | ||||||
13 | and Cathy (Phil) Barry; her grandchildren, Shawn, Christopher, | ||||||
14 | Heather, Colleen, Alexandra, and Ellen; her | ||||||
15 | great-grandchildren, Emma, Eli, and Katelyn; her sister, Lois | ||||||
16 | (Bernie) Wierenga; and her brother, Leslie (Marge) Hackl; | ||||||
17 | therefore, be it
