Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that, except as otherwise provided in the Code, a prosecution for any offense involving sexual conduct or sexual penetration where the victim and defendant are family members may be commenced within 10 years (rather than one year) of the victim attaining the age of 18 years. Provides that for the purposes of the offenses of criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, criminal sexual abuse, and aggravated criminal sexual abuse, "family member" includes a brother, sister, aunt, uncle, great-aunt, great-uncle, niece, nephew, cousin of the first degree, step-brother, or step-sister, and where the victim is a child under 18 years of age, an accused who has resided in the household with such child continuously for at least 6 months (rather than one year).
