Bill Title: Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that, beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act, the admission tax shall not be imposed. Further provides that, for the purposes of the privilege tax imposed under the Act, amounts paid to qualified charities and all taxes paid to any government or municipality shall not be included in the determination of adjusted gross receipts.
