911 funding. Authorizes the Hendricks County commissioners to adopt an ordinance establishing an emergency communications services system for a three year pilot program. Provides that the Hendricks County council may certify a special assessment on property in the county for deposit in the district's emergency communications services fund. Specifies the purposes for which money in the fund may be spent.
