Summary
Removes the requirement that a voter declare a political party affiliation before voting in a primary election. Requires that a voter be allowed to privately select the political party ballot that the voter intends to vote in a primary election. Requires that the Indiana election commission approve standards and procedures for voting methods to ensure that a voter may select privately the political party ballot that the voter intends to vote in a primary election. Repeals provisions concerning voter challenges because of political party affiliation and the handling of party identification cards used with electronic voting systems.
