Summary

Medicaid reimbursement for out-of-state hospitals. Requires the office of the secretary of family and social services to reimburse an out-of-state children's hospital for Medicaid services provided to a Medicaid recipient at the same reimbursement rate at which the office reimburses a children's hospital located in Indiana.
