Designates the office of the secretary of family and social services as the single state agency for the administration of the Medicaid program and removes the designation from the office of Medicaid policy and planning. Specifies that the office of Medicaid policy and planning develops and coordinates Medicaid policy for Indiana under the direction of the secretary of family and social services. Repeals provisions referring to the office of Medicaid policy and planning as the single state agency for administering Medicaid.
