Summary

Requires the office of the secretary of family and social services to contract for an evaluation of services and support available in Indiana to individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability and a mental illness or addiction, their families, and providers. Requires the contractor to report findings and recommendations to the commission on developmental disabilities.
