Summary

Provides that the division of disability and rehabilitative services (division) must ensure that case management services provided by the division: (1) are provided by entities that are independent of the provider of services and the division; and (2) are provided so that the consumers of the services have a variety of choices of service providers. Provides that contracts for case management services cannot be made for more than one year with a maximum of one renewal. Requires the division to report to the commission on developmental disabilities annually on the provision of case management services.
