Summary

Makes certain procedural changes to the false claims act and Medicaid false claims act to remove inconsistencies and comply with federal law. Designates the office of the secretary of family and social services as the single state agency for the administration of the Medicaid program and removes the designation from the office of Medicaid policy and planning.
