Bill Title: Voter registration. Requires a county voter registration office (office) to send an address confirmation notice to the Indiana address of a voter whenever the office determines that an individual identified in a report of potentially duplicate voter registration records provided by the NVRA official: (1) is the same individual who is a registered voter of the county; (2) registered to vote in another state on a date following the date that voter registered in Indiana; and (3) has not authorized the cancellation of any previous registration. (Current law requires the county voter registration office to cancel the voter's registration.)
