Bill Title: Cleanup of certain terms. Removes, where appropriate, the terms herein, hereafter, hereinafter, therein, theretofore, hereunder, hereinunder, heretofore, hereinabove, and thereunder from various provisions throughout the Indiana Code and replaces the terms with more specific and clearer terms. Removes reference to the pronoun "his". Makes technical corrections. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the code revision commission.)
