Bill Title: State board of accounts fees and funding. Establishes the state board of accounts audit fee account (account) for the purpose of providing funding for the operations of the state board of accounts. Provides that the state board of accounts shall administer the account. Provides that money in the account at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund.
