Bill Title: Various education matters. Provides that appropriations to the department of education to provide grants to school corporations for high ability students must be for expenditures beyond those for regular educational programs. Makes changes to the definition of "teacher" to include a: (1) school nurse; and (2) school social worker. Makes changes to the composition of the board of trustees for Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana.
