Amend KRS 210.770, 210.775, 210.780, and 210.795 to change the coordination of the Hart-Supported Living Council with the Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities to the Department for Aging and Independent Living; confirm Executive Order 2013-323, dated May 17, 2013, reorganizing the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
