Create new sections of KRS 6.500 to 6.577 and 21.345 to 21.570 to suspend the retirement allowance of a retired member of the Legislators' Retirement Plan or Judicial Retirement Plan if he or she retired on or after August 1, 2010, and returned to work for an agency that participates in the Kentucky Employees Retirement System, the State Police Retirement System, the Judicial Retirement Plan, or the Legislators' Retirement Plan; amend KRS 61.637 to suspend the retirement allowance of a retired member of the Kentucky Employees Retirement System or the State Police Retirement System if he or she retired on or after August 1, 2010, and returned to work for an agency that participates in the Kentucky Employees Retirement System, the State Police Retirement System, the Judicial Retirement Plan, or the Legislators' Retirement Plan, unless employed as a Trooper R class under KRS 16.196 to 16.199, or to an elected officer; amend KRS 61.661 to authorize the release of employment and retirement benefit information for retirees who are receiving a benefit from the Kentucky Employees Retirement System, the County Employees Retirement System, and the State Police Retirement System if they have been reemployed with an agency participating in the systems.
