Summary
Amend KRS 65A.010 to exclude fire departments created under KRS Chapter 273 from the definition of a "special purpose governmental entity"; amend KRS 75.430 to remove the requirement that recognnized and certified volunteer fire departments created under KRS Chapter 273 comply with KRS Chapter 65A.
