Summary

Amend KRS 6.190, 6.211, and 6.220 to establish that compensation, expense allowances, and stationery allowances are awarded to members of the General Assembly only during a regular session, unless legislation enacted during an extraordinary session allows compensation, expense allowances, or stationery allowances for members of the General Assembly during that extraordinary session; EMERGENCY.
