Amend KRS 139.480 to exempt from sales and use tax textile linens purchased by an accredited healthcare laundry or purchased or rented by a for-profit healthcare provider from an accredited healthcare laundry; apply the exemption for a 4-year period beginning August 1, 2016, and ending August 1, 2020; EFFECTIVE August 1, 2016.
