An Act relative to Plymouth county assistant clerk magistrates.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 221 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 14 by deleting “Plymouth, 6 assistant clerks” and inserting in place thereof “Plymouth, 10 assistant clerks”.
