Summary
Establishing the Task Force to Study Murder Prevention and Reduction in Maryland; requiring the Task Force to conduct a comprehensive examination of factors contributing to homicides in the State; and requiring the Task Force to submit a final report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services and to certain committees of the General Assembly by December 1, 2024.
