Requiring the Office of the Attorney General to include on the Web site of the Office's Division of Consumer Protection an explanation of a consumer's rights under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and a link to the Federal Trade Commission's National Do Not Call Registry Web site where consumers may register a telephone number, verify a registration, and submit a complaint.
