Providing that members of the Employees' Pension System or the Teachers' Pension System who have at least 15 years of eligibility service may terminate their membership in the Employees' Pension System or the Teachers' Pension System and elect to receive an eligible rollover distribution to be paid to an eligible retirement plan; etc.
