Summary

Requiring the State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists to waive licensure requirements for an applicant to practice clinical marriage and family therapy who is licensed as a psychologist, certified social worker-clinical, clinical professional counselor, clinical alcohol and drug counselor, psychiatrist, or psychiatric nurse who meet specified qualifications; prohibiting specified individuals from serving as the marriage and family therapist member of the Board; etc.
