Summary

Establishing the Youth Sports Enhancement Grant Program to provide grants to nonprofit organizations that provide sports programming to youth from underserved communities in the State; requiring the Governor to include in the annual budget bill beginning in fiscal year 2025 an appropriation of $400,000 to the Grant Program; and requiring the State Department of Education to implement and administer the Grant Program.
